Refund Policy for Quality Foods & Wines
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Return Process:
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the item back. Returns sent without first obtaining approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if the wrong item is shipped, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, wine, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders)
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

We regret that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If you are ordering from the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification. As with our standard return policy, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with a proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
